Valamar Jazz Festival
The main idea is to enrich the cultural and touristic offer of the city of Poreč with a new international jazz festival with which this beautiful Mediterranean destination will get a traditional cultural event, and to give Croatian and the international audience the pleasure of listening to the music in the open, at the stunning locations in the city itself, at the villa Polesini and on the Island of Sveti Nikola, thus registering Poreč on European and the world jazz map.
About art director - Tamara Obrovac
The composer, singer and flutist Tamara Obrovac is one of the most impressive and most versatile artists on the Croatian music scene; she has become very popular due to the influence of the Istrian folk music and the Istrian dialect that have been the creative force of her works
